We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, here's how we handle returns.

Eligibility

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unwashed, unworn pieces with original tags intact. Custom print orders are non-returnable unless the product arrived defective.

How to request

Email contact@gonvecs.in with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll get back to you within 48 hours with next steps.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method (UPI). COD refunds are issued via UPI transfer.
